Analysis

The percentage of enterprises using the Internet for submitting a proposal in a public electronic tender system to public authorities continues to grow in the EU-27, from 11% in 2009 to 13% in 2010, after the stagnation shown in previous years. A more detailed analysis reveals that there are important differences between EU-27 cuntries. For instance, Ireland with 32% almost triples the European average, while a country like Cyprus (with 3%) records the lowest value.
