Analysis

In the last study period, 75% of enterprises in the EU contacted the public administration via the Internet, 3 percentage points less than in the previous year. Only eight of the EU-27 countries record values below the average (75%), and most of them are close to the average. Spain shows a quite stable trend with values of 68% in 2009 and 67% in 2010.
