Status of Information and Telecommunication Technology in the Local Administration

This study developed by the National Observatory for Telecommunications and the Information Society offers a diagnosis of the situation of the Local Administration with respect to the use information and communication technology and identifies the imbalances detected and the main actions undertaken by the entities in their progress towards full electronic administration.
